Adam Brown
Co-founder and Operator
With over 14 years of dedicated experience, Adam Brown the Founder and Operator has successfully built and led a reputable contracting business known for its craftsmanship, reliability, and client-focused approach. Grounded in integrity and exceptional listening skills, he has developed strong, lasting relationships with clients—relationships that have been instrumental in the company’s continued growth and respected reputation within the community.
His commitment to excellence earned him the Durham Region Readers’ Choice Award for Best Contractor in 2015, a recognition that reflects both his professional expertise and the trust he has established over the years. With an extensive portfolio of renovation and contracting projects, he consistently demonstrates the ability to bring any vision to life, regardless of scale or complexity.
Beyond his professional achievements, he places great value on family and the moments spent together. He enjoys unwinding at the cottage, embracing the outdoors, and taking in the natural beauty that inspires much of his work ethic and design appreciation. A passionate hockey fan, he frequently attends games and takes pride in supporting local teams. He is also an active supporter of community initiatives and local charitable organizations, believing strongly in giving back to the region that has supported his business from the beginning.

Alex Fitt
Co-founder and Operator
Alex is a highly skilled and versatile carpenter with over 20 years of experience in the woodworking industry. As the co-owner of PFN, a respected construction business, Alex brings a wealth of knowledge from a diverse range of projects, including building custom homes in beautiful British Columbia and constructing elaborate sets for movies and television shows.
Having honed their craft across various sectors, Alex is known for their ability to adapt to different styles and project demands. From designing and building homes to overseeing large-scale construction projects, their expertise spans a wide array of carpentry techniques. With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence, Alex works closely with clients to turn their ideas into reality, ensuring that each project reflects the highest standards of craftsmanship and precision.
In partnership with Adam Brown, they have cultivated a reputation for delivering reliable, high-quality work on time and within budget. They are also passionate about mentoring the next generation of carpenters, sharing their experience, and constantly evolving their skills to meet the changing needs of the industry.
Outside of the workshop, Alex enjoys spending quality time with his three children at the family cottage and tackling home renovation projects of his own. These personal passions reflect his hands-on approach to life, and his love for family, design, and craftsmanship.

With a sharp eye for detail, a creative mindset, and a passion for innovation, I am committed to transforming how marketing is approached within the construction industry. My focus is on elevating our brand experience, strengthening client trust, and driving meaningful growth through strategic storytelling and design.
